Katie was amazing! We are so happy we found her when it came time to buy a house. We (being first time buyers) thought we could do it on our own, we quickly found out there was just too much for us to learn in such a short time. We fell in love with her immediately! Very laid back, not pushy, but extremely knowledgable. She even went as far as to bring us in and go through the whole buying process before we decided to sign anything with her. She was very understanding as to what we were looking for and did everything she could as fast as she could to get us appointments to look at houses despite our crazy schedules. From our first initial meeting, my husband and I just knew she was going to be a great person to work with. Many people didn't take us seriously because we were young home buyers, but Katie didn't let our age or our budget change her approach when working with us. It truly felt like we were her only clients even though we weren't because she was so quick to answer any and all (I had questions all the time) our questions no matter how silly they might have been. We were in constant contact with each other and it really felt like we mattered and it wasn't just a sale for her. She was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process from beginning to end, letting us know which houses might have appraisal issues and weren't worth our time to helping us complete all of our paperwork in the end even though it wasn't her job. It felt like she was a friend during our home buying process, rather than a realtor. If we ever were to sell or buy again, I would choose Katie in a heartbeat.

Katie went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. She worked tirelessly to seek out and show us everything on the market that she knew we were looking for.

Then we asked her to try to help us sell our old house. She marketed the house to the best of her ability. That's saying a lot.

The sale of our house had to be done with us being out of state. This was not an easy task. With Katie everything went relatively smooth and timely. I would and have recommend her as an agent again. Katie is a great realtor. I have worked with her for several years. She helped me buy my first home in 2010, my second in 2014 and then sold my house in 2018. I am a indecisive and picky person and she was very patient with me. Katie always made herself available via phone, text and email as well as offering to meet me in person whenever I wanted. My experience with Katie was absolutely amazing I had been working with a couple different realtors and couldn't really connect with any of them most of them would not return phone calls till several days later. I had been looking for a house for almost six months, then I met KATIE. The first house she showed me wasn't the one but she took the time to actually explain things to me that I had no clue about, as it was my first time buying a house that none of the other realtors ever even mentioned or explained she was patient, she was kind, and she was caring. I automatically fell in love with her. When I started my journey I had said I'm not Having a girl realtor and at that point I really meant it since all the other girls that had tried to help me didn't even return phone calls and seemed like they only wanted to make money and my budget wasn't worth it to them. She is very honest and told me the good and bad on every house I looked at, she is always very upfront in a sweet way, She would give me her honest opinion and always leave the ball in my court. She was not pushy at all she never seem like she was getting frustrated with me even knowing I have very high anxiety and I know I can frustrate a lot of people but she's just so very kind hearted. Amazing!! Thats how I'd describe Katie. She was right on top of everything. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Never let anything slip by or be over looked. My journey into home ownership was a little rough being a single mom and being so busy, Katie made everything work. I would use her skills over and over again. Not once did I have any doubts.
